This case concerned an individual who was severely injured in a head-on collision when a distracted driver directly struck his vehicle at an intersection. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff was caused to suffer severe injuries to his neck, back, arms, shoulders, knee and legs. As a result of the accident, Plaintiff narrowly avoided having to undergo a below the knee amputation.
Plaintiff settled his claim for a total of $2,300,000.
